So, last week's meal plan was approximately 75% successful. That is, we ate three of the four meals we planned and we went out for dinner once. Not bad, considering there have been weeks in our five and half years together that we have gone out to dinner every single night. We love a good restaurant experience.
This week we're shooting for 100%:
Seared Pork Tortas (we didn't make these last week, but they look tasty so we'll try again), Fresh fruit
Whole-Wheat Pasta with Edamame, Arugula, and Herbs,
Shrimp, Mango, and Avocado Salad with Rice Noodles (loosely based on this)
Grilled Eggplant Pita Sandwiches, Oven Fries
